Lights on the Water

Sunset over Dana Harbor, from Doheny State Beach.

Sunset, followed by Dana Harbor’s annual Christmas boat parade, for Jez’s Water Water Everywhere (WWE) photo challenge.

After watching a peaceful sunset from Doheny State Beach, we walked over to Dana Harbor to check out the Christmas decorations, lights, and boats. Everything is lit up around the harbor, and the sights are just magical.

Boats decorated for annual Dana Harbor boat parade.

The lights from the boats and harbor decorations were twinkling and creating fascinating reflections in the harbor water.

I hope everyone gets to experience a little magic this holiday season. While the boat parade is over, Dana Harbor is still lit up for the season — one of my favorite places to visit!
