FOTD – January 25, 2022: Succulent Flowers

When I lived in Arizona, I tried to grow a lot of succulents–mostly in vain. It was just too hot. Now that I am in California, I am having more success with succulents, and now, for the first time, they’re blooming. I am sharing a few flowers from my smallest succulent for Cee’s photo challenge – Flower of the Day (FOTD).

    1. I always knew succulents were hardy plants that could withstand harsh conditions, who would have imagined that they have such delicate flowers? It was a surprise for me, too. I wonder if the flowers are only look fragile and, in fact, will last a while? We have a plant infront of our house that blooms with the most beautiful pink flowers, but only for a few days a year…
