Getting a little chilly sitting on beach at Crystal Cove State Beach, California; captured with iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Surprise yellow flower (they used to be bright pink last season) from a potted plant that I thought was dead; captured with 70mm DSLR lens in poor lighting.
I am an avid nature and ecology lover and enjoy sharing my photography in my blog writings. I will often be out early in the morning or late in the evening with my camera, trying to capture the peacefulness and beauty around me.

Looks like the perfect way to end the month- relaxing on the beach :). The surprise yellow flower is pretty too!
It did look like beach weather with jumper and wrapped up. Don’t you love flowers that come back to life. It is probably reverting back to its true to type. Thanks for joining in Dawn 🙂 🙂
Yes, it’s fun to see what the flower’s true type really is. Interesting that someone’s idea of a better flower was to make it hot-pink instead of natural yellow.😎
